Shipping Policy
- Orders must be placed by 3PM PST Monday through Friday to qualify for Expedited & Express Shipping.
- Transit times start the business day after the order ships.
- Transit times are estimates only.
- We ship to most of Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes.
- There is no refund if a third-party shipping company is responsible for a shipment not arriving at the destination on the specified date.
- Shipping days and lead times include weekdays only.
- We will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The delivery times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production.
- We will also not be held liable for any third-party carrier delaying the delivery of products.
